Teachfind is brought to you by Axis12 Ltd. We are experts at building big web sites that make sense of large amounts of content.
Why did we build Teachfind?
- First and foremost, because we have years of experience of managing content written specifically for teachers – at an individual, commercial and governmental level.
- We thought it would be a travesty if teachers were to lose access to all the good material on sites like the National Strategies, QCDA, Becta, Teachers TV and others that have been - or are about to be - shut down.
- The official archived versions of these sites aren't very user friendly
- We wanted to demonstrate what we as a company can do with large repositories of disparate content, using open source technologies and in a short amount of time.
