Year 6 mathematics planning

This section contains the planning structure for Year 6 Mathematics. This is divided into 5 blocks with each block designed to cover the equivalent of 6 to 9 weeks of teaching. The blocks are: Block A - Counting, partitioning and calculating, Block B - Securing number facts, understanding shape, Block C - Handling data and measures, Block D: - Calculating, measuring and understanding shape, Block E: - Securing number facts, relationships and calculating.
