Assessment summary

George is taught in a mixed Reception and Year 1 class. He is interested in superheroes like Spiderman and these often influence his imaginative play. At the start of Year 1 he was not very confident with reading, but he has made progress this year. He likes to read to the younger children and read his own writing to the class.
